Features
- Modular cabinet structure, suitable for side-by-side installation; lifting rings optional for easy transport and handling.
- Nine-folded profile welded structure; Delivered fully assembled, top, bottom, side panels and doors are removable.
- Standard base height: 100mm; frame equipped with densely spaced 25mm pitch modular holes for easy installation.
- Mounting plate available in galvanized or painted finish; can be slid into the cabinet using plastic sliders; custom cutouts available.
- Multiple accessories available; non-standard sizes can be customized according to requirements.
Main Materials
- Mounting plate: Aluzinc-coated steel or electrophoretic coating; other parts made of SECC galvanized steel sheet.
- Thickness: 2.5mm / 2.0mm / 1.5mm / 1.2 mm.
- Surface treatment: Degreasing → ceramization → pure water washing → electrophoresis or electrostatic spraying
- Protection class: IP20
- Load Capacity: Static load: 800KG
